Yes, we will pick up your car for free. Our trucks meet all the environmental requirements, so we can even pick up your car in a city center. Call us to make an appointment, then we will pick up your car as soon as possible.
Yes, all cars eligible for scrapping are welcome at our facility. This is the case if your car has been declared ‘total loss’ (technically or economically), if it has been rejected for the PTI (Periodic Technical Inspection) and can only be repaired at high cost, if the costs for repair are higher than the value of the car, if the car has driven more than 200,000 km or if the car is 20 years or older.

No, if you bring a car or scooter during our opening hours, you are always welcome. If you can only come by outside of our opening hours, you do need to make an appointment. Of course, we can also pick up your vehicle. Call us on 010 - 421 6500, so we can determine what is most convenient.
Unfortunately, every vehicle has a limited lifespan. If your car (or van, motorcycle, caravan or scooter) can no longer be repaired, you can bring it to us or let us pick it up. We will make sure that your vehicle is dismantled and disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.

Yes, you can. As long as you can identify yourself, we can always give you a certificate of indemnification. This certificate is important because otherwise you remain responsible for paying insurances and taxes for the car.
That's possible if the registration certificate is complete. Otherwise, the persons who brings the car needs to show proof of identification.
We can still clear your vehicle, even if your registration papers are lost.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. We are required to destroy license plates to prevent fraud.

For a scooter, unfortunately, you do not get a refund. If you bring a scooter to us, you will have to pay processing fees. If you bring it yourself, it will cost €15, if we pick it up, it will cost €50.

Yes, we have tools that can be borrowed. Unfortunately, this supply does diminish every day because not everything is returned. If you want to make sure you can loosen a part, it's best to bring your own tools.
No, if we don't have a part, we can refer you to one of the other junkyards. We know these companies well, so we can make a pretty good assessment of where best to go.
No, we do not reserve parts.
You can always return loose tires to us. You will have to pay €2.50 per tire though, because we also have to pay a fee to dispose of them. You will receive a refund for aluminum/alloy rims. Call us for more information on 010 - 421 6500.
Occasions / Second-hand cars
